JamesDancer.com is its own project: a portfolio site built as a working specimen of a custom design language called Dark Refraction. Every visual choice — the boot sequence, the registration marks at the corners of cards, the scanline overlay, the cinematic beam wash — is part of the system.
Architected as a clean PHP build with separated data, includes, and templates. Adding a project means editing one file. Adding a section means dropping one include.
